Lead qualification and routing, without the waiting

Every inbound lead, from the website, LinkedIn or an event list, is enriched, scored against rules you define and assigned to the right rep with a first email ready to send, usually within a minute of arriving.

02 / The problem

Leads come in through four or five channels and land in different inboxes and spreadsheets. Someone has to check whether the company fits, look it up, create it in the CRM and decide who should call.

That takes hours or days, and speed is what decides most inbound deals: the first company to reply usually gets the meeting. The leads that fall through the cracks are invisible, so nobody knows how many there were.

03 / How it runs

How it runs

  1. Lead comes in

    Rules

Website forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, event CSVs and a shared inbox all feed one intake. Duplicates are merged against the CRM by email domain and name.

  2. Enrich the company

    Rules

Company size, industry, country and website are added from enrichment sources and the domain itself. Free-mail addresses and competitors are flagged.

  3. Score against your rules

    Rules

A transparent points model scores fit (size, industry, region) and intent (pages viewed, form answers). You can read and change every rule.

  4. Route to the right rep

    Rules

Territory, segment and round-robin rules pick the owner. The lead and company are created in the CRM with the score and the reasons for it.

  5. First reply ready

    Your decision

The rep gets a Slack or Teams message and a reply drafted from your templates, filled with the lead's details. They review and send.

Rules first, AI only where it helps

Lead scoring is often sold as AI, and that makes it a black box: nobody can say why a lead got 72. We use a points model you can read, because sales managers need to trust and tune it. The first email is built from your own templates; if you want personalised drafts, a language model can be added to that one step, and the rep always approves before anything is sent.

Questions

Which CRMs do you support?

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive out of the box, and any CRM with a REST API on request.

Can we change the scoring ourselves?

Yes. The rules live in a simple table you can edit, and every score shows which rules produced it.

Is a lead ever contacted automatically?

No. The first email is drafted and the rep sends it. Automatic sending is possible, but it is a decision you make, not a default.
