These terms govern your use of the processrix.com website. Processrix is both an automation platform and a done-for-you integration service; access to the platform and the services we deliver are provided under a separate written agreement.
1. Who we are
Processrix is operated by The Origami Corporation Ltd, whose details are listed under Operator below. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Private beta
Processrix is in private beta. There is no self-service registration. Access to the platform is granted after a demo call and on the basis of an individual agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this website, including prices and feature descriptions.
3. Website content
The content of this website is for general information. Examples, figures and prices describe typical results and current beta plans, are not an offer and may change. We try to keep the site accurate and available but give no warranty that it is complete, error-free or uninterrupted.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use this website in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, sends spam through its forms, or attempts to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
5. Intellectual property
The Processrix name, logo, text, design and code of this website belong to The Origami Corporation Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes; any other use needs our written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

This website links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. The courts of Sofia have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
